This Privacy Notice describes how ArbRoast, SL, a company incorporated in Spain, (with commercial register No. 3,150 and NIF B88473681) with registered office at Francisco Silvela 73, 2ºC ('BetOven', 'Our', 'Nos', as applicable) collects, uses, stores, shares or retains your personal information when you use our services through our website and mobile application. It also describes your data protection rights, including the right to object to any of the treatments we carry out.

We collect the following information about you:

1.2. Technical information about your device and the platform such as administrative and traffic information that may include, among others: source IP address, access time, access date, type of device, web pages visited, language used, your location, tracking roaming, software error reports and type of browser used. This information is essential for the provision and quality of the Services.

1.3. We keep communications records when you contact us or interact with us in another way, which includes communication via e-mail, letter, text message (SMS), online, messages from applications such as WhatsApp, Telegram and Skype, phone or with the live chat feature of our website.

1.4. Other information from third-party databases to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

1.5. Likewise, we may receive your personal information from online service providers and distributors such as financial and shared liquidity services, and from customer lists lawfully acquired by third party distributors.
